This painting depicts one of the most frequently visited parts of my inner world. To me, nature = safety and belonging. A lot of my internal landscapes are tinted rose, but I’m not sure I could tell you why.
I used only two main colours here. Dark magenta and pale yellow. I love these colours and I love the dance they do in this piece.
