'The Feeling of Joy' - Original mixed media painting

I started this piece almost immediately after getting home from my first ever group exhibition at Kaye West Gallery, Camp Hill. Kickstarting my career like that was one of the most joyful moments of my life.

'The Feeling of Joy' consists of approximately 10 layers of tissue paper, collage materials, glue, happy tears, acrylic paint & acrylic marker.

Every time I'm in need of a mood boost, all I have to do is look at this painting & I find myself immediately feeling lighter. If this lady takes some tension out of your shoulders, maybe it's a sign.
